Payment starts only after the Confirmation Contract is signed
by both sides. A 10% of the total tour amount as deposit is
required when the package is confirmed. Service arrangements

Full of the final payment is generally required to pay 30 days
before the tour departure, flexbillity is reserved due to the
situation of the day.

EasyChinaTravel is under the management of The first China
Travel Agency established in 1949, China Travel Service (CTS)
EasyChinaTravel.com is the English website of the Domestic
Tours Department of China Travel Service, Sichuan Headquarters.
Execution
EasyChinaTravel should well implement all the services that
are paid by customers in the certain tour and assist them
with their travel all the way.
Easy China Travel positive accept and handle the changes during
the trip, and extra cost will be on the alteration part.
Insurance
EasyChinaTravel are responsible for customers's travel insurance
relative to travel accident during the certain tour in China.
Customers are responsible for their own insurance relative
to medical costs and personal loss, ect.
Cancellation Refunds
Cancellation from customers due to valid reasons, the cancellation
fee will be caculated as following:
1. Cancellation received more than 35 days before departure:
10 % of tour price, but may be applied for your next trip
within 18months or authorized to a third person that can take
this tour.
2. Cancellation received from 21 to 35 days before departure:
10% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise
if applicable, but may be authorized to a third person that
can take this tour.
3. Cancellation received from 12 to 20 days before departure:
20% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise
if applicable.
4. Cancellation received from 3 to 12 days before departure:
50% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise
if applicable.
5. Cancellation received from 3 to 0 days before departure:
100% of the tour price + full cost of Yangtze River Cruise
if applicable.
No-show travelers will be charged 100% of the tour price,
full cost of Yangtze River Cruise if applicable.
Cancellation due to circumstances beyond control, such as
natural disaster, strike, political incidents, etc,
EasyChinaTravel should not be responsible for the cancellation,
but should refund the money unused.
