Time permits,  go to Wuhou Shrine to appreciate the real Chinese calligraphy and know some stories about the Three Kingdoms.
Taste the authentic Sichuan cuisine as dinner. 
Recommend: Sichuan opera show in the evening, and you can enjoy massage while appreciating the wonderful performance. Back to your hotel.

Sichuan Hotel (4 stars with good location at the downtown)

In the morning, drive for about half an hour to Chengdu Panda Base to viisit the cute pandas. Visit for about 2 hours.
After lunch, take the flight to Jiuzhaigou.
Jiuzhaigou local guide meets you t the airport and drive for about 2.5 -3 hours to check in you hotel in Jiuzhaigou.
Relax.

Or New Jiuzhai Hotel (4 stars, near the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area)

After breakfast in Paradise or New Jiuzhai, drive about 20 minutes to the entrance of Jiuzhaigou Scenic Area, transfer to Jiuzhaigou non-pollution bus, which is a public bus with an interpreter on each bus. Take turns to visit Rize Valley, Zezawa Valley; and Shuzheng Valley. Main sites: Pearl Sands, Shuzheng Waterfall, Shuzheng Lake Group, Panda Lake, Chang Lake, Peacock Lake, Tiger Lake, Rhinoceros Lake and the Tibetan mills. Recommend: Tibetan and Qiang Ethnic Song and Dance in the evening. Transfer back to Paradise.

Note: Lunch should be arranged inside the scenic area, as there's only one dining center in the area at present, and only buffet priced at RMB50/p.p, RMB80/p.p and RMB120/p.pserved, so lunch maybe a bit tough today, especially in high season, quite crowded. We advice the RMB800/p.p or 120/p.p buffet or bring some food yourself, there's a Dicos near the entrance. So please consult with your travel agency or guide for making a good arrangement for lunch.

Jiuzhai Paradise Resort or New Jiuzhai Hotel

Drive to Huanglong Scenic Area, visit Huanglong for 3-4 hours, Huanglong scenic area is known for its limestone-formation landscapes. The colorful travertine (limestone-deposit) pools set against mountains, rivers, and forests are as beautiful as a fairyland. Huanglong is of great scientific importance because of its well-preserved landforms and its biological resources. 
Take the flight back to Chengdu in the late afternoon.

PS: Although the average altitude in Huanglong is 3200M, generally people won't suffer from mountain sickness, just keep yourself slow and easy.

Sichuan Hotel in Chengdu

After breakfast, drive about 1.5 hours to Leshan, boarding the boat at Leshan port, cruise and get a full view of the hugest buddha sculpture in the world, which was caved in Tang Dynasty for controlling the flood. Recommend: Leshan Beancurd banquet as lunch. Then go ahead to Mt.Emeishan. Stay in a hotel at the foot of Mt. Emei. Recommend: Enjoy hot spring.

If it's a sunny day, get up very early in the morning, take a cable car to the top of the mountain to enjoy sunrise. Visit the sea of clouds, pretty mountain scenery, and the monkey area to play with those lively guys. Drive back to Chengdu after a full enjoyment there. Back to hotel and relax.
